Neighbor in Need Reynoldstown was established in 2018 to help low-income, elderly homeowners with professional repairs so they can remain safely in their homes.
We’ve completed over 30 home repairs, and that number continues to rise, as that work is still at the core of what we do.
Repairs can include heating and cooling, plumbing, electrical, roofing and light construction like repairs to soffit, sheetrock, porches, flooring, etc. Neighbor in Need strives to assist seniors in keeping their homes safe, dry, and accessible for as long as they choose to live in Reynoldstown. We try to tackle anything that devalues the home or degrades the quality of life for the homeowner.
There is never a charge for the quality licensed and insured work we provide to neighbors.
We pay for this work through generous donations from neighbors, civic leaders, and Reynoldstown Civic Improvement League, our sponsor and a registered non-profit.
